Terms of Service

1. The service

autofill provides tools for vehicle dealers to generate and manage ad copy and related content (including through AI), integration with Billink, and optional features such as social publishing. The service is provided "as is"; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

3. Content and responsibility

You remain responsible for all content you publish or upload, including ad text, images, and vehicle information. AI-generated text is a starting point — you must verify that content is accurate, not misleading, and compliant with applicable law (including marketing and consumer protection rules).

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to distribute malware or spam.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, autofill and its provider are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero if the service is free). This does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice (e.g. via the app or email). For material changes we will aim to communicate clearly. You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings at any time, as described in our privacy policy.
