autofill collects data necessary to generate vehicle ads. This includes:
Account information when you sign in with a magic link (the email address you provide).
Images and screenshots you upload for analysis.
Technical vehicle data retrieved from Billink or entered manually.
Your preferences for ad style and footer text.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to:
Generate optimised ad copy using AI (Google Gemini).
Save drafts so you can continue later.
Improve the model's understanding of your writing style (optional).
Sync data with Billink when you choose to.
3. AI processing and GDPR
We use the Google Gemini API for image analysis and text generation. Data sent to the API is not used to train Google's models for other customers. We follow the EU AI Act and ensure AI-generated content is clearly identifiable where required.
4. Your rights
You are in control of your data. You may at any time:
Request access to the data we hold about you.
Delete individual ads or drafts.
Delete your entire account and associated data via Settings.
5. Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
If you connect Facebook or Instagram to publish posts from autofill, we process data related to that integration:
Authentication: Meta's OAuth flow may provide access tokens and identifiers for the Facebook Page and/or Instagram account you authorise. We store tokens securely so the service can publish content you explicitly choose to post.
Content you publish: Text, images, and links you send to Instagram or Facebook are transmitted to Meta's APIs to create the post. Meta processes that content on its own systems under Meta's terms and privacy policy.
What we do not do: We do not sell your social data. We do not use your Meta connection to advertise to third parties or to read private messages beyond what the permissions you grant require for posting.
Disconnecting: You can remove the Meta connection in the app (Settings). After disconnecting, we stop using stored tokens for new posts; follow Meta's tools if you also want to revoke app access on Meta's side.
